Elina Emerson

Soft-spoken and unhesitantly moody most of the time. Elina comes from a long line of witches that on their eighteenth birthday get chosen by a grimoire of magic. Unfortunately for Elina, she was chosen by the grimoire of myst which is frowned upon by her people. Finding herself ostracized and abandoned by those she once called friends and family, Elina escaped with her book of magic and started to speak to her book, it took the appearance of a small dragon named Balthmir. Not exactly happy with the weak host he's been bestowed with, the two of them needless to say don't get along very well. As of right now, she's training, determined to at least impress one person (or being) in her life. She's taken to wandering around while avoiding those people she left behind trying to bring back the grimoire and seal it off once in for all.

That's not happening on Elina's watch. Still unsure why the book is so cursed, she's determined to find out all of Balth's secrets.
